Default Unregister problem!

Hello,
I have a huge problem with Voxalot now! I've set up an Asterisk box at home and I'd like to use it with some providers I once employed with Voxalot.

So, I deleted every dial plan and provider in my account. This happened about 12 hours ago.

I set up my asterisk box, no problem. Now, if I try calling my outbound number from another phone, I get my internal voip phone (configured through asterisk) ringing, but after two or three rings Voxalot voicemail kind of 'steals' the sip registration and I hear 'number 111180 is not available at the moment...' it's just like voxalot keeps registering with the provider!

I admit I forgot to set the provider to 'Active: No' before deleting it, but I thought that simply deleting it would do the trick.

My voxalot reg account is 111180 .

Any clue?

Provider registrations are currently 24 hours to turn around. This is a limit we implemented a couple of months ago while we develop the real time solution.

I will take a look and see if I can manually make the changes for you.

Question Unregistering

Hi Martin

I accidently registered a softphone with Vox and have attempted unregistering. How long does this take? I have noticed that these earlier posts are old and you mentioned that Vox was working on real time stuff?

Do you allow multiple registrations as I already have my ATA registered with Vox but it would be convenient to have the softphone on my laptop also registered.

It depends on the softphone. Un-registering is must be initiated by the client. Most of the time this happens within a few seconds.

Yes Voxalot does support multiple registrations.

Thanks

Question Registration check?

I still don't seem to be able to call my Vox 1 number (attached to my ata) using my softphone (Vox 2 a/c). Is it possible to check how many registrations are set for my Vox 1 a/c? I want the softphone rego deleted.
