why my incomming call go all time answering machine??

I HAVE THE PAP2 LINKSYS BUT ALL TIME WHEN I HAVE THE INCOMMING CALL NO RING GO DIRECT ANSWERING MACHINE ???please give me the configuration for have the real incomming call with my PA2 linksys ATA
