Tony / Martin - is there a way that such announcements could be emailed to users?

I only just popped on to the forum today to have a look, and stumbled across this thread, thankfully in good time to consider my options.

Could such important changes be emailed to all members?

Totally agree; very surprised not to see email notifications already.... every member registers with an email address, this should be used ASAP for announcements like this.

One more thing to consider is, that to the best of my understanding VoxBasic includes no forwarding.

Does that mean even forwarding via SipBroker or SIP URI will be a paid feature now?

I totally agree with that - I think $USD25 p/a for the small home user is too high. I'll probably pay it, simply because there are no other similar solutions available for what I want - but I reckon that's a bit steep. Tiered services are a bit better than an all-or-nothing - there'd be little incentive for people to try the product if the free offering doesn't offer (even in a limited - perhaps time limited) the premium services for users to test to see if Voxalot will even work for them...

A mail out is happening on the 16th when the new web site is launched. We are also providing a 7 day grace period after the launch which is plenty of time IMHO.

It is worth mentioning that the registration limitations for the VoxLite, VoxPremium and VoxExtreme are for inbounds only.

All members can still have unlimited outbound providers (even on the VoxBasic plan)

Also with the introduction VoxLite (see Tony's post above) and the inbound provider bundles we are now catering for all our members needs and upgrade options.

Default Announcing VoxLite with one SIP Registration (USD$15)

Just in case people don't click on the link that Tony provided above, here is the contents of his post...

Firstly, thank you to everyone that took the time to provide feedback -
both here on the forum and via PMs. We appreciate the constructive
dialog with the community.

We had quite a number of people suggesting they would really like to sign
up for VoxPremium, but didn't have the need for five inbound
registrations. After some internal discussions we are proud to announce
that, based on your feedback, we have added an additional product to our
range called VoxLite that contains the same features as VoxPremium, but
includes support for one inbound registration. This product will be
priced at USD$15 per year.

To assist those users that would like to start out with VoxLite, but grow
their inbound registrations over time, we have also added another product
that you can purchase at anytime (product to be named) for an additional
USD$15 that gives you an additional 5 inbound registrations.

Thank you again to everyone who continues to use Voxalot and provide us
with constructive feedback and suggestions so that we can continue to
innovate and supply you with new features and products.

The Voxalot Team
