Enum lookup not working right?

I registered my Google Voice number on E164.org today and I verified it. I can dial *013 plus the number and it rings to my phone but if i just dial the number I get a 407 error. So if my number was 17775551212, dialing "*01317775551212" on x-lite works but not just "17775551212". Is enum lookup not working right or what?

I don't have any outbound providers set up, since I just use voxalot for incoming from ipkall, dialing tollfree and sip test calls.

Problem is...you need to setup at least one provider in the VoXalot acct. ... since it needs to handle these these calls to 17775551212 and it has no idea how to, whereas it knows to route things with *013 via SipBroker ...should look like:

Pattern: _1x.
Provider: SipBroker
ENum Lookup: Yes
