Suddenly loosing voice 30 seconds into conversations today
We have made no changes to our ATA. However, calling parties claim that the line stops ringing and they hear silence. I've tried to make outside calls and get silence after about 20 to 30 seconds. The 2nd line on my ATA is registered directly to the same VSP - not going through voxalot - no issues on that one. It appears to be a voxalot issue.
I am using us.voxalot.com Please advise as to corrective action to take. Thanks, -CJ |

Not sure why this is suddenly happening. Sounds very much like a re-invite issue.
