Hi All,

I am new to Voxalot today. I am using voipcheap.co.uk and a Linksys SPA-941 Voip phone.
I went though the set up and everything was fine I tried making and recieve a few call and all was going well, voicemail was working too.

Then all of a sudden when I tried to call in I get the message "This user is currently offline" which is a pain. Also I can no longer make out going calls either.

Lastly is there anyway of picking up voicemail remotely from a standard or mobile phone?

Can anyone help?

Reboot your ATA... and see if that fixes it!!!

To get VM remotely: Dial a SIPBroker Access Number SIPBroker - PSTN Numbers then when prompted enter *010*500 (you'll get Comedian Mail which will ask for your Mailbox--your VoXalot Number, then your PIN)

One question though whats an ATA? Is it my router? If so I have tried that with no luck.
I have tried rebooting the phone too again no luck.

there I just approved the blocked post--auto-moderated for the url I think because the spam guard doesn't know friendlies from unfriendlies, it seems.

Honestly I do know nothing about ATA(I have only a phone, ther are much less parameters).
But what if "Use Auth ID: = yes" ? Guess only.
