account change

can you guys change my UserID than me creating a new account? when i created that account last year i didn't able to choose my preferred number. now that im serious in using it, can i have my chosen number?

Hi,

Just register a new account. You will get the number you want provided it is available.

Registering a new account brings with it re-entering all the dial plan and other data; it would be good if all this information could be migrated or better still:
- export from one account to a back up file saved on the user's machine;
- import into new account.

It would be good if the back up file could be a simple XML or otherwise text editable file so that the user can make changes before uploading.
