This is getting annoying... Why does it take days for problems to be discovered? And this has happened a few times now. Now I feel bad I've paid...

As a subscriber for the past 4 or 5 years I'm getting pretty upset too. It's happening too often for me to be able to rely on the system. At least one user that I had recommended Voxalot to has given up already.

The concept is fantastic, but the current implementation is flaky. At least Voxalot's timing is impeccable; they wrote to me today advising me that my subscription is due. We'll see. . .

Hi,
I think this project abundant now. There was no release or any new feature added/fixed in last 1 or 2 years. One should think before reviewing the subscription. No active support is available.

Please Martin can you advise us which server works best with a 99% uptime ? I would be glad to have a more stable service and would pay more.

Well us.voxalot.com is up but I am still having these kinds of old problems - call that are comming in are just voice-less for both:
