Not quite sure what 'Ardadi' means in this case.

VoXalot is an aggregator service. It let's you bring together all other VoIP providers that you may have into one place.

It then let's you use them to call out, or receive calls (in order to receive incoming calls that ring third party providers a paid account is required)

It can be used for mobile calls in one of the following ways:
1. Web CallBack
2. Mobile Web Callback
3. Direct registration with a VoIP enabled phone

There is also setups that although not officially supported, would allow you to use your VoXalot acct. and the providers within it for CallThru and CallBack applications.
