Default still sound problems

Hi,

I have still sound problems.
a)
My current setup (305234) is:
Member Details:
Symmetric NAT Handling = Yes
Provider (VoIPDiscount):
Optimize Audio Path = No
- This way the counterpart hears an echo on anything he said - me not!

b) ok - I tried:
Member Details:
Symmetric NAT Handling = No
Provider (VoIPDiscount):
Optimize Audio Path = Yes

BUT this way I (caller) could hear the counterparts telephone ringing but
neither me nor the counterpart could hear anything, as soon as the 'channel' was 'opened' (hooked off), nothing, not even noise.

I have a phone number from VoipDiscount, so this Provider is registered.
Any idea how I can get rid of the echo?
It is the first thing everybody, whom I call, tells me: "I have an echo, I hear myself!!"

Regards,
Carl

PS: How do I change my signature?
My ATA currently is FritzBox 7270 (recently updated)
