Default Testing SIP-code's - how?

I have sip-code *8604 for the domain sip.dfear.co.uk.

Every time i look at SIPBroker - Provider White Pages there is a red cross next to the entry for sip.dfear.co.uk.

I have the following dns entries:
_iax._udp SRV 0 0 4569 sip.dfear.co.uk.
_sip._udp SRV 0 0 5060 sip.dfear.co.uk.
sip CNAME home.dfear.co.uk.
home CNAME dfear.ath.cx.

are the above entries correct?

How do i test that a sip-code is correctly setup and working?
