Exclamation Voxalot does not release Registered Number once deleted from Voice Service Provider L

I have deleted a Voice Service Provider that was used for incoming and outgoing phone calls. I have deleted this provider from My Voice Service Provider List, however Voxalot is still intercepting the phone calls. This is very disturbing. Please tell me how to get Voxalot to release and un register with this Voice Service Provider. Again, this Provider has been deleted from my Voice Service Provider List. However I need to re-ad it at this moment to continue receiving phone calls because Voxalot will not release it after deleting it.

voxalot should release registered numbers after 10-15 minutes, so wait upto 15 min...

As 224769 mentions it is not Voxalot that is caching the registration but the provider. This can take up to 1 hour for them to release,

Thumbs up

Both of you are correct!! Thank you! The Registered provider has been released! That was distressing!

Does VoXaLot actually send a de-register message ( a SIP REGISTER message with 0 seconds for the valid time ), or does VoXaLot simply not renew the 3600 second (1hr) registration?
