Default Cannot login - "User not activated yet"

Hello

I signed up for a free Voxalot account and activated it. I then upgraded to a lite account and changed my email address. Not realising that a second "activation" email would be sent for the changed address I did not worry when one did not arrive. However when I now go to log into my account to manage settings etc, I get the error:

1. User not activated yet.

Can anyone tell me how I can re-activate my account or reset it?
