I too have this issue with a basic account and no dialing rules. I will pm my username also. Thank you.

Today => "Unable to delete provider "..." while a call forwarding reference "#1" to it exists".
Please, kindly note that I'm a VoxBasic user without any WebCallback or Call Forwarding set up.
