Hi,

I do have the same Problems with the a.m. Voips.
I wrote both of them that they are not corrrect and I'd like my money back the took by FUP.

But as this is open since Oct 6 - 20 days - I'd like Voxalot (Martin) to raise their numbers of emails and inquiries to get this settled!

Beside that Voxalot may inform all memebers that are registered at Betamax that they should look into their recent calls to to start to ask back their money?

Still FUP exceeded on eu.voxalot.com

Both with my voipbuster, voipstunt, freecall etc...

+31xxxxxxxxx (FUP exceeded)
+31xxxxxxxxx (FUP exceeded)
+1xxxxxxxxxx (FUP exceeded)
+31xxxxxxxxx (FUP exceeded)
+31xxxxxxxxx (FUP exceeded)

Used up all my credits on one account last month because of this! Normally I can use it over 6 months... Not very happy about that!

Can one of the admins post some info or something?

FCN-->Sip sorcery-->Voxalot-->Betamax-->FUP :-(


10.11.09 today do not include the FUP Betamax
on the server eu.voxalot.com

Now even proxy01.eu1.voxalot.com gives FUP exceeded .

Is there still contact with Betamax about this issue, or did it stop by sending an e-mail once? I'm very sorry, but I really get the impression there is not very much done to get this resolved.

Over the past couple of months we have sent numerous emails to our Betamax contact and not received a single reply.

Unfortunately the FUP fix must be made by Betamax.

So can you tell us where we can complain about this. I don't get the feeling they respond on the 'general' support email address.

It has allready been asked in that forum and this is one of that guys replies:

The problem about FUP at voxalot pbxes or any other similar service belongs to configuration problem of that services and has nothing to do with betamax its not a setting that betamax has to do its a setting that must be regulated by that services. I replied to such posts many times but neither voxalot nor pbxes are able to setup their software to pass the real ip of the customer as a header to betamax. And as long as they dont pass the real ip to betamax the problem about FUP will continue.

As mentioned many times in other posts this is not a betamax issue its defenitely a problem with voxalot who is not able to pass the real ip of the customer to betamax. Please stop to abuse this forum with problems not related to betamax.

So, I am very interested in what he will say to you... And if this will ever really be solved...
