Question 800 Numbers CID

Hello,

When someone calls a 1-800 toll-free number through Voxalot, which CID is sent? The Voxalot number or the number in the profile?

Thanks.

Is the 1800 number going via a provider or routed via ENUM?

Through Voxalot with ENUM off.

It'd be nice if there's a field for outbound CID only for calling toll-free numbers.

Hi Michael,

The call is going via a provider then yes? If so, then the provider CID will be used.

If you are using *1800 via SIP Broker then your Voxalot CID will be used.

I'm using the *1800 method.

Is there any way to use my real number as CID?
