Question Dial plan problems with FaktorTel and VoXaLoT

In the past couple of weeks I have been experiencing problems with my dial plan with FaktorTel.
I have VoXaLoT registered in Line 1 of my Sipura SPA 3000 and FaktorTel is in my 2nd gateway for emergencies. My local area is Geelong (52) and I can dial directly without inserting area codes and I set up a dial plan that all numbers beginning with 52 go to FaktorTel.
However, lately it has been more miss than hit and I keep getting a recorded message saying that I haven't enterered enough digits to place the call.
If I prepend the number with #2 and go directly through the SPAs gateway I have no problems at all. It has come to the point where I have had to remove the dial plan from Vox and enter a dial string on the SPA to dial out to my local area.
Any ideas how to fix this as it used to work seemlessly and now it has become next to useless?

Also, I have added an ${EXTEN:1} for dialling directly to FT by prepending with 2 using Vox...this is also a hit and miss affair. I haven't any problems with any other VSPs ....however they all need an area code.

It has been bugging me for some time now and I have deleted the dial plan and then put it back in and it has worked for a few calls then goes back to not enough digits.
I am pretty sure there is a problem with Vox in this because of its haphazard success rate. I suspect the system still doesn't like 8 digit number dialling.

Suggestions would be appreciated.
