Hi,

I just enrolled to Premium for US$ 15.00 but I'm unable to use your service to receive calls because my provider (Vbuzzer) is uncompatible. I unfortunately dicsovered it too late, after many tries and when I had to go on the forum to get further help. So please downgrade my account to Basic and proceed to the reimbursment of the $15.00. In advance, thank you.
