Default dial plan in xml file

I am trying to write the dial plan as below in the xml file.
L:20,S:7,( x | *xx | 911S0 | 1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0 <:@sipbroker.com> | [x*][x*]. <:@sipbroker.com> | <#:>[x*][x*]. )

But it doesn't work because the dial plan has error. How do I adjust this dial plan in the xml file.

I've no personal experience with using XML with the adapters, but I do know that to XML the "<" and ">" characters have special meanings related to XML tags. Since the SIP Broker dial plan also uses those characters as part of the dial plan itself, I would assume you would need to "escape" those characters (in the dial plan) somehow, in order for them to work as part of an XML "provisioning" document.

However, since I've never used XML documents/provisioning with my adapters (I have used XML in other uses, but never in connection with my adapter), I'm not sure what sort of "escaping" is needed/appropriate in this case (only that it's likely that some is needed, because of the special meaning of < and > in XML files)...
