I find it works consistently for me if I forward from a Voxalot accout registered at home on an ATA or IP phone at one location, ie. single public IP address.

It seems problem with eu server only.
But I try next weekend the config you said. But usualy only my IP-phone at home registered to Voxalot(but smsdiscount unregistered).
