Default Call forwarding and Betamax

Hi

Callforward product

I am due to go on vacation and wil need to subscribe to the premium service. however I notice that when I use webcalldirect from betamax I get a titutu,..titutu kindf of sound and if I use another provider like sipagate it works perfectly (just by changing providers and no the confirguration)

everything ellse works fine i can makecalls via webcalldirect, and use the webcallback too. only forward not working.

Please advice.

It seems to be difficult for everybody. Would it not be possible to forward to the SIP URI for the number? Does anybody know what the format (if any) this would be for a Betamax account?

But i am refering to forward a phone number (mobile). not a sip uri.

It seems callforward through Betamax only work with au-server, see this thread too.

'i had the most weird behavour. I can foward on the EU server with sipagate but not with betamax.

When forwarign with betamax my whole system crashed, ei when someone called me from a landline it sounds busy, I deleted the forward but the busy toned stayed.

more weird, after deleting the providers and tryign the resent the system (turning the _ATA off and on again) when callign me from anormal PSTN my ATA rings but as soon as I pick it up it gives a busy tone. and there is no connection

Now my provider says failed and can not connect. The service was perfect for 5 months until today I decided to "try" the forward

I will try to disconnect all to the night and pray that it will connect tomorrow.

Defenetly the forward fuction is failing somewhere,

now I can not receive calls of any type, not even by sip:userid@eu.voxalot.com
and all incomming calls sound busy

Outgoing calls are all ok in all providers. (only incomming calls failing)

Yes, I realised my mistake as soon as I had sent my reply. My error, I typed without thinking!

Call forwarding using Betamax as a provider is a known problem related to their IP address requirements and one we need to work with Betamax to resolve.

We will keep you advised.

What I can not understand is why my account lost ALL incomming call capabilities after this try to forward with betamax ?

for example sip:userID@eu.voxalot.com did not work. When I registered my musimi (Danish provider) it sais failed. When calling in my Danish voip in number gave me a busy tone. Actually i have also a US number registered and this did no work either. Musimi has nothing to do with Betamax and it was working as without voxalot it worked perfectly

Then I open a new account in desperation and it worked for incomming calls includying sip:userID@eu.voxalot.com but Musimi still says registration "failed"


The host is musimi.dk

to to summarise: In the old account the Status is failed and I can make calls but not receive on all providers
On the new account I created yesterday, I can make and receive calls, however the Danish provider sais registration failed despite making and receiving calls.
