Terminology suggestion
When naming services, its much better where possible to choose names that mean something to the reader.
The term 'dial plan' seems to be standard in the industry and familiar to anyone who has read an ATA manual etc. Replacing that with 'smart call' doesn't seem to be a very smart call! Yes, you can eventually find it in the FAQ but that misses the point. |
