hi, same here also in vienna with eu.voxalot.com, however changing to us.voxalot.com helped.

and I have to say that except for twice of wich once was a self inflicted problem by trying to use Pbxes, voxalot has been working as planned.

Hi, today morning I switched on us.voxalot.com ad my voipcheap and voipbuster carrier work fine.
I think betamax have problem on server EU.

We just ran a series of tests with our VoipBuster account and the EU server and everything worked just fine.

So we can verify they are not blocking the EU server.

i just logged in form an different ip with voxolot and tried some outgoing calls with eu server. worked fine for the first 2 or 3 then i changed something in my voxalot provider settings for poivy and since then it no longer works. logging out and in doesnt helped.

changing to the us server helped.

just tried to again change something in the providersettings, however using the us cluster outbound with poivy still works.

changing back to eu again still not works.

again changing back to us and it works.

uffz, that were a lot of server changes.

Thanks for that!! I only got my updated glasses 2 months ago and I still missed it.
As the voipcheap service (supplemented with Voxalot of course!) is excellent I don't mind letting them invest my 11.90€ for a second account which should hopefully overcome most instances of the problems.

I have been using .eu a fair bit today with no problems.

perhaps the reason for the blocking of the eu server is that if an unique ip reaches 300 outgoing minutes further calls are blocked, however ive red somewere else that theres also a timeout for this blocking of some hours.
