Default Inum not ringing on any server

I have connected my sip device to all servers in turn and cannot ring my Inum from anther voip softphone not registered to my voxalot or a mobile. Each time I get "unfortunatly it has not been possible to connect your call" or not available tone from my mobile.

iNum appears to be working fine. I was just able to place iNum calls to my Voxalot number (+883510004xxxxxx) originating from both Gizmo5 and an iNum PSTN access number.

Thanks Ron for the input but my Inum 00883510004****** still is not working from any voip, mobile or pstn. I can phone my sip device by calling my sip registered accounts but not when calling my voxalot inumb. I am wondering if the cause might have something to do with my recent voxalot renewal?

00883510004****** should not work "from any voip, mobile or pstn".

What should work:
- calling 883510004******@inum.net from voip
- calling 883510004****** through iNum access number (2-stage dialing)
- calling 883510004****** directly through participating VoIP providers

If you mean routing SIP requests directly through inum.net, I haven't had any success with that approach (it gets an immediate "404 Not Found" response).

I suppose it was possible some time ago. Now I have the same.
Currently it's possible to dial that URI through GTalk.

None of the Betamax clients I have tried will connect to an iNum number, although they did at one time.
They are still listed as "partners" on the iNum web page.

I received the following reply from voipcheap concerning the inum issue.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Unfortunately we are experiencing some technical problems. We are working hard to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Kind regards,

Customer service

Hi bob,
As you gott an answer from Batamax could you do me a favor?

I use a Freecall account and I also use a program called Voipmanager that is a utility developed by Jemrome from progx.ch, has a month that I´m not able to contact the Freecall account using the utility. Can you send them a question asking what is going on?

I think that the Freecall Website has a kind of problem since in the Website the price for Brazil is 0,005 cents but the Freecall is billing 0,01.

Thank you very much in advance for your time and attention.

I already send then a questuion but they did not answer me.
