Default Forwarded calls get immediately disconnected

I have my Voxalot incoming calls forwarded to another number based on CF rule. The problem is that the call gets disconnected immediately after the other party answers the call.

Scenario:
PSTN originated call (call from my mobile) -> to Sipbroker PSTN access number -> Entering my Voxalot extension *031xxxxxx I get to my Voxalot number -> which, based on Call Forwarding rule, gets connected to the final destination.

I used this many times to make international calls from my mobile using SIPbroker access number and my service providers defined on Voxalot, but now something is broken.

Any idea why is it not working? What has changed recently?

What provider are you using for the forwarding...just for testing purposes try a different provider to handle the CF

Also there has been some glitches with SipBroker, but things seems to be running smoothly after the last restart
