Echo Problem on Inbound Calls
Hello,
I've managed to receive SIP calls via my Voxalot account, and audio does go through both ways. However, there are loud pulsating sounds that get worse while connected. Voices also echo. I called myself via SIP Broker PSTN number, and I'm using Sipura 3000 with STUN off and Echo settings enabled. Help? Last edited by Cyberian75; 07-12-2009 at 05:38 AM. |

Echo seems to be worse when the audio path is longer. Therefore, make sure you are not using Voxalot's "symmetric NAT handling" option which could (depending also on your ATA's settings) route audio packets a longer way through Voxalot's server.
