Voxalot AU????

Why is the service for AU down again? This is really very poor once again. An outage of this length is pathetic and unacceptable.

I am paying for this service and for the money I pay I expect a functioning service.

In view of a series of long outages on the AU server over the last year, could we please have a clarification of Voxalot's support philosophy?

There is an ongoing issue with the AU server... in the meantime I would suggest attempting the US or EU server ... (check but I suspect the latency difference is negligible and unless you've got VoXalot proxying RTP stream with any of the providers you're using...you're unlikely to notice any major issues)...
