Nokia E65 outgoing calls
Hey!
I have configured my Nokia E65 according to settings provided and the device has registered successfully. I have also registered my Voip Service Provider with my Voxalot account. However, I still cannot make outgoing calls. It gives me the same message everytime "Sorry the number you have dialed could not be connected." Earlier, on this forum, I was told that this might be dial plan issue and I should configure my dial plan properly. I have tried almost all possible settings in the dial plan, but i still cannot make any calls. Still get hte same message "Sorry the number you have dialed could not be connected". I am attaching my dial plan as a pdf file. Could this be a STUN/NAT traversal problem, coz my nokia e65 still uses the older firmware version 1.0633.18.01. There is no update available for nokia e65 in europe yet. If this is not a STUN issue, can anyone suggest how resolve this. Thanks! Cheers, |

I agree with your disagreement. I know there have been firmware updates for nokia e65. But whenever i connect my nokia e65 with the "Nokia Software Updater", it tells me "There are no updates available for the phone.
Is there any other to update the phone or get get the latest firmware update, without using the Nokia software updater. Cheers, |

Nokia Europe - Device software update - Support Really strange... Anyway, the best way to troubleshoot your problem is to check logs on Voxalot and/or VSP side. |
