Exclamation Call forward error on early AM start and end times only...

I try to set up call forwarding only between 00:01 and 06:30 for weekdays. However, as soon as I activate it, all calls get forwarded, it is currently 12:00 (Noon).

I've verified that I have the correct time zone and server are set up for my account.

I've tried:
setting my times for GMT, to see if your server is not calculating them properly, but this time of day should still not get forwarded.

It seems to be successful for forwarding times set from 16:30 to 23:59 (My other forwarding rule). My calls while testing around noon US EST are not being forwarded.

I would like to know if this feature will be fixed, as it will influence my decision to subscribe to the pay accounts.

My afternoon forward isn't failing like the early morning one. It just plain doesn't forward once the time conditions are met. It appears that any form of time-based forwarding does not work.

What timezone have you selected on the member details page. Also make sure the day setting is also correct?

This logic did not change as part of the upgrade. If you PM me your Voxalot account number I will take a look.

It appears the date/time setting on U.S. server #2 was out of wack.

We have now re-synched the time and re-activated the NTP dameon to keep this server time up to date.

I have also added a request for the times to be monitored on all servers as part of our routine monitoring.

Thank you for your testing tonight cjlasich

Default mistiming in Time Rules

It looks like there is the time synchronization problem again.

I am registered on the US server (I believe), and I set ‘Time Zone: GMT+3’ in my ‘Member Details’

Then I set a certain Time Rule in "Call Connection Rule". Then I tested Call Forwarding with my Time Rule and realized that it does not work most likely because of mistiming.

Then I looked at Call Records:

22-10 04:22:21 04:22:45 1519xxxxxxx 00:00:00

The time in the record above is wrong. The actual time in GMT+3 was
08:22:21 to 08:22:45 (instead of 04:22:21 to 04:22:45).

I second that

Time Rules are extremely important for me. Is there any way to make sure the time is correct? Does it have anything to do this the choice of Time Zone? I mean is there any bug/issue with Time Zones?

Hello,

I just checked all of the servers and the time was OK on each of them.

As for the call records, I need to double check, but I believe the times listed are in GMT (UTC) time.

The time in 'Call records' is not an issue here. The problem is (I repeat):

In other words, 'Time Rule' is not working properly
