Default Having issues with Voxalot DID & CID

Dear Experts,
I have three premium voxalot accounts where I set up one of them on my Trixbox IP PBX server.
First, I have no problems with my outbound calls BUT I am not able to receive incoming calls due to the instability and inconstancy with voxalot and its DID when receiving a call from another voxalot account. like amoung 100 call-in trials maybe 5 max succeed in ringing in and all the others simply fails; the sip INVITE packet arrives always when I place a call but never with a consistent DID number and CID.

I followed both How to get the DID of a SIP trunk when the provider doesn't send it (and why some incoming SIP calls fail) | FreePBX and Tested and working SIP provider configurations - AussieVoIP to set up my voxalot account with no luck..

1- What do you guys suggest? Why is voxalot not sending a proper DID along with its internal calls? is there any workable workaround?
2- Even with my two other premium accounts which are configured on a linksys PAP2 and SPA31-2, calls in and out work fine but I rarely receive CID from the caller; sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. why?

I did not understand the format of the dial plan in the above link..
I currently use for voxalot to voxalot the simplet dial plan which is: NXXXXX

Can you please enlighten me more about: _NXXXXX -> *010{Exten}

In order for CID to correctly appear for VoXalot to VoXalot calls:

-Call another VoXalot user by entering *010-123456 (where 123456 is the VoXalot number)
-Add a dialing rule in the VoXalot Smart Call/Dial Plan section to automatically insert *010 in front of 6 digit long number (format of rule under advanced settings is _NXXXXX -> *010{Exten} )

I have entered
Patern: _NXXXXX
Replacement: ${EXTEN}
Provider: ?????????? (voxalot or sip broker?)
Active: Yes
Virtual Toll free enabled: Yes
ENUM Lookup: No ${EXTEN}
Geographic Lookup: No

Which Provider am I supposed to use?
If Sip Broker is what I am supposed to use under Provier, do I have to register at Sip Broker? what is needed to do then?

emoci, by using Sip Broker as a provider, is there anything I must do on SIPBroker - Login ?
Do I have to create an account at sip broker? or the above is simply a bypass..

No account required....anyone can use SipBroker, it is an open service...and it's pre-integrated in the VoXalot dial plan (given VoXalot operates SipBroker as well)

I am no more able to receive inbound calls on my Trixbox server after following the CID remedy.. Calls between two PAP2 with two different voxalot accounts goes fine with CID but not with Trixbox trunk..

It seems that the above remedy messed up more and more Voxalot incoming DID information which should be sent along with any call..

Emoci, what do you think I can do in this case?
