Experiencing Freedigit problem

Recently I'm getting problems with calls from a freedigit account. A person calls my freedigit number managed by voxalot and I get one ring (only). That person gets the voicemailbox(voxalot) that is set at 90 seconds (but obviously 90 seconds did not go by).

Is there a fix for this. Thanks for any info.

Try calling your Voxalot account from one of the SIPBroker - PSTN Numbers

At the prompt dial *010xxxxxx

This will help identify where to start looking.
