recursive(?) calling plan

Hi, is there a way of doing a recursive calling plan?

I would like to something reformat all _+. _011. into 00XXXX...

And then with all numbers nicely formatted start branching out
into different country-plans, possibly making the local.

Is this already being done by voxalot? Is this what the geo-lookup is for?

Otherwise, it would be great to have a meta-provider to reinject the modified
number into the dialplan again... Smart Call with funny characters in the start and end is a great name in case you need suggestions
