Problem registering with Voxpro

I have Voxpro, which enables me to register 5 times.
I have registered at 12voip which gives no problems. I want to register 3 different budgetphone numbers, but I succeed only two numbers. The third registration of budgetphone fails, while the other two succeeds.
Of cource I use the same configuration except the login and password.
Can anyone help?
