There is no member id that is 975287. Looking at your forum name/email address, I found another account that looks like you may have also registered recently (sent via PM), but it looks nothing like the one above. Are you sure that you completed the registratration process for the above member id?

Yes I requested for user ID 957287 at uday@tech-center.com with the name Tanzeel Ahmed and the process is completed successfully but haven't received any email.

Later on today I tried again & received user ID 957288.

If 957287 has not been taken by anybody can you please allocate it to me.

Hmm... I am not sure what is going on here... when you first posted, I looked and there definitely was no record with 957287. However, there is one now. I can only presume that your first attempt wasn't actually successful, but your second attempt was.

Looking at that record, I see now why you didn't get the activation email. You entered udat as the email address, not uday. Anyway, I have taken the liberty of fixing the email address and activating the account, so you should be able to log on to the 957287 account now.

Craig, if you look at this thread, there are 2 numbers referenced, 975287 and 957287.
Perhaps, this is part of the confusion here.

After trying for several days, I was able to reset the password successfully.
