When you are forwarding to callcentric I have found the trick is to forward to:-
1777XXXXXXX@in.callcentric.com not to 1777XXXXXXX@callcentric.com I had to do that to get a couple of DID's to work |

Although not very clearly identified on the Callcentric website, please check the FAQ topic about being reached from another SIP user not using a Callcentric account.

Callcentric does not need to be sip registered to Voxalot... you can use call treatments to forward the call to your Voxalot account.
