cannot use sellvoip.net sip account

Hello,

First of all I would like to say that I'm really excited about services Voxalot offers. Great job!
I did not have a lot of problems in the past but only recently when started using Sellvoip.net. I cannot register my Sellvoip.net account and cannot make calls. It works intermittently. At the same time I don't have such problems when I use my phone adapter. Could you please look into this? It would be wonderful having sellvoip working with voxalot.

These are the settings they suggest to use in sip.conf:
"If you have a static IP assigned to your account use the following.
host=72.5.55.200
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
dtmfmode=auto
type=friend
context=sellvoip (or whatever context in extensions.conf where you have setup your DID's).
If you have a dynamic account with no static IP you would also add the following.
username= (your username)
secret= (your secret)".

I use dynamic account. My Voxalot # is 408242.
