Default 2nd new account now not working!

I registered an account last week and never was able to register to it. I waited days and still no register possible. Then I noticed when dialed I hear "....can not be connected"

So I now set up a second account number 322111 and it is behaving the same way! Once I tried to register to it I started getting the "...can not be connected" recording when dialing the number.

On both accounts now my Snom is asking for password on both of these accounts. Snom already registers on an old voxalot account and is fine.

I am no noob , and am pretty sure there is some serious issue with new accounts.
