1. Use an Ethernet hub (not a switch) and a packet monitoring program such as Wireshark. Look in the message body of a SIP/SDP packet sent by the 7404VGPM. Look for a line called "Connection Information", it should contain your public IP address.
2. You might ask your ISP for assistance.
3. If there is an entry space in your 7404VGPM for a stun server fill in the blank with: stun.voxalot.com

If you were to publish the menu of options which are offered in your 7404VGPM settings menu someone here may be able to recommend settings to make it work better.
