register Freshtel details as a provider

Hi
I am trying to register Freshtel as a provider, so in the members list > Providers > Add gives some boxes to fill in but I am not sure what to write in them. i.e
the boxes which are empty are Username and SIP Proxy. Freshtel don't give user nemes, so I am gussing that in this case their firefly number is a "user name" but what about the SIP proxy thing.
