Inbound Calls Failing
Martin,
I'm unable to receive inbound calls via any of my registered providers (forwarded calls appear to be working). Outbound calls via Sip Broker also fail (nothing but silence). Ron |

I have the same problem with inbound calls. Just silence when I try to call any of my numbers...

It's gotten worse here. My ATA will no longer register with voxalot. I'm totally down in the VoIP game.

strange..its working well here...(just one provider, ipness, that never worked)
I was so bored to try to configure that one that I finally took a did in belgium with didww and I "throw away" the 15 credits that I had with ipness :-( But now everything is fine... |

Inbound calls were temporarily affected by the SIP Broker data center losing DNS servers (VoXaLot inbound calling relies on SIP Broker).
Not sure why your ATA is not registering with VoXaLot though Ron as the VoXaLot server is running just fine. Anyway SIP Broker is ok now and so should all services. We have emailed the SIP Broker data center asking for an explaination. Note: SIP Broker will soon be moving next door to the VoXaLot server so hopefully that server will become more reliable. Note2: We are in the process of building a second voxalot.com server that will be setup in a cluster with the existing voxalot.com server to give our members failover and a more stable infrastructure. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I'm having the same problem currently...
Inbound calls not going through, outbound not going through either providers. Ringing and then busy signal when dialing out. Haven't changed anything on my end. Calls are going through when I setup my ATA directly to my providers... edit: voicemail not working either (500) Last edited by kendid; 10-12-2006 at 04:33 PM. |
