DIDS and channels

Hello,
I have a sipura 841 connected to my voxalot account and I receive calls from a DID I purchased from a third party,this company provides me with 2 channels for incoming calls.My question is: can I receive and answer a call whilst talking with somebody that called me using channel 1 of the did?
Can I make a 3 way conference with both callers?

You can have 2 independent conversations on the same DID number if you have 2 SIP devices.

You can also use the call waiting feature of your device to switch between the 2 connections, and also have a 3 way conference.

Voxalot supports the above, but you have to congigure your specific SIP device to implement the features.
