Call Forwarding Issues

Hello,

We noticed since the release of our latest cfwding enhancements a few days ago, a small handful of people were having problems with their cfwding rules.

We have conducted an investigation and found that the problem was with one particular server us.voxalot.com (all other servers were fine).

After some analysis we found that this server did indeed have a problem and we have subsequently patched a fix.

Our analysis also identified another problem when inbound calls with no CID are being forwarded via one of the betamax providers. I have raised a problem in our tracking system and it will be looked at shortly.

I would like to thank users Helio58 and Juste for their help today and we apologise to the members that were impacted.
