I have a four digit network id in the 8000 range. I see many in the 3 digit range or less that are not and have not been available for quite some time.

Please consider making these available to others that will use them and recycle them back out. Email the owners of the networks asking them to send an intent of usage within 30 days for them to explain themselves or to recycle the number. I would like to obtain a lower number if I could.
