under the "Numbers" tab, it still reflects the old (terminated) proxy for fwd
*393 fwd.pulver.com

The new correct proxy should be,
*393 sip.fwdi.net

Unfortunately, freeworlddialup is in a "transition" phase and their old website is obsolete, while the new website is non-functional.
