Note: However the same setting will work if VM dial via SIP Broker PSTN number. ie. SPA 3000 > Voxalot > VoIP provider > SIP Broker PSTN > Voxalot VM via *061*500

Problem Solved:
Following is the result of testing the various DTMF Tx method values on my SPA3000:
1. Problem existed when DTMF Tx method set to InBand or AVT+INFO
2. No problem when DTMF Tx method set to AVT, INFO, InBand+INFO or Auto
