I have done this a different way around, as it is easier to specify the calls you
do want to get through OK, so I have a dialplan entry to route to a non-existant number:
Priority Pattern Replacement
999 _x. 00
You can then add entries with lower priority numbers to forward acceptable calls, e.g.:
1 _0044[12]. ${EXTEN}
