Hello, I am registered to voxalot, i mean my ATA

but still not being able to receive fully calls to my internetcalls.com account. The ATA/phone rings but no audio whereas the caller continually hears ringing tone as if not answered.
The funnt thing is my X-PRO on my laptop works well. So is it the issue with my ATA? I experimented with PAP2 and there was no difference. I now have another make which is Zyxel P2002. Any ideas from users of Betamax VSPs? Making calls no problem.
