Your settings look fine. The only thing I would change is the "Domain" to voxalot.com. The proxies are fine as they are.

A couple of things to try:

1. Turn off STUN, re-register the device and try again.
2. Test the inbound call via one of the SIP Broker access numbers http://www.sipbroker.com/sipbroker/action/pstnNumbers
