Direct appeal to Martin or Voxalot Support
I have used Voxalot for almost two years, the last year using paid Premium service.
The problems I have encountered are clearly stated in my previous posts.
Today, I can not use Voxalot as a reliable service, but worse there seems to be a total lack of input/consideration/care regarding user problems from the Voxalot Support team.
I value emoci's and others contributions, but even ignoring my problems, the general tone of recent posts to this forum should be telling you something Voxalot.
I would really like to have a working system with Voxalot and would pay the yearly fee for my Premium account if this was the case, but I ask you again:
Will you please respond to paying customers requests for help
Will you please confirm to paying members this is a service for the future
and will you please at least post an "official" comment to this post.
