Your VoXaLot account has options for "Smart Call (Dial Plans)". Choose that option and configure the call routing as you see fit. You can get as fancy as you like here (just using a specific provider when you see a specific prefix is pretty trivial, fancier routing is quite possible from "Smart Call"). Then, once you think you have "Smart Call (Dial Plans)" configured as you like, you can use the option "Dial Plan Test", to verify if your setup was done as you want it to be.

Of course, once VoXaLot is routing the calls as you desire, it's simply a matter of setting up your VoIP adapter (likely it's "dial plan") to route all calls to VoXaLot, and let VoXaLot sort it out for you.

NOTE: If you have a LinkSys model VoIP adapter, you may not be able to use the #-key for this, because of how LinkSys model adapters treat the #-key specially. However, all 10 digits are available for routing decisions, as is the *-key.
